Christensen Economics, LLC founder, Kevin W. Christensen, co-moderated a discussion on the antitrust implications of “big data.” Participants in the roundtable were James Cooper (FTC), Ai Deng (NERA), Terrell McSweeny (Covington & Burling), Barry Nigro (DOJ), and Darren Tucker (Vinson & Elkins). The roundtable occurred in November and was co-moderated by Kevin Yingling (Google). Topics covered include algorithmic collusion, big data as a barrier to entry, and privacy issues.
